PART/01 回歸25年的變化
問：請您能從自身的視角聊聊澳門這25年來的發展和變化，特別是在建築和基礎設施這些與您工作相關的部分？
How have you seen Macau transform over the past 25 years and particularly in relation to your work in the construction and infrastructure sectors
今年是澳門回️歸祖國25週年，迴歸後的25年成為澳門歷史上發展速度最快、質量最高的時期。
Well, this year marks the 25th anniversary of Macau’s handover to China and I can tell you over the past 25 years, Macau has recorded the fastest and the highest-quality growth in its history.
作為一名土生土長的澳門人，我特別自豪能與團隊一起為這座城市的民生事業貢獻力量。
As a native of Macau, I’m very proud of having contributed, together with my team, to the city’s development, and more than you can imagine.
作為一家建築企業，我們始終致力於為澳門居民建造更多“好房子”，全力協助澳門特區政府推進政策性房屋工程的建設工作。
As a construction company, we’ve always committed to building more and more quality housing for Macau residents. China Construction Macau has provided full support for the Macau SAR Government's public housing policy.
截至2023年，在寸土寸金的澳門，居民人均住房面積超過20平方米，居住條件與質量均顯着提升，民眾的獲得感與幸福感得以大幅提升。
In 2023, in the tiny city of Macau, the residential area per capita has exceeded 20 square meters, which is a very very good number. So, the improved living conditions have brought Macau residents a much stronger sense of fulfillment and happiness.
PART/02 大灣區帶來新機遇
問：我們知道粵港澳大灣區等國家重大戰略為澳門提供了很多新的發展機遇。您如何看待融入大灣區對於澳門經濟社會的發展？
The Outline Development Plan for the Greater Bay Area has opened up new opportunities for Macau. How do you think this integration has impacted Macau's economic and social development so far?
澳門地方不大，只有33.3平方公里，人口也就68萬多，但它是一個充滿活力的國際化都市。
You know, Macau is small with an area of just 33.3 square kilometers and an approximate population of 680,000, something around 700,000, but it’s definitely a vibrant international city.
今年上半年，澳門吸引了超過1600萬遊客，光是這個數字就能看出，澳門很有魅力。
In the first half of this year, the city has already welcomed over 16 million visitors, which is an impressive figure that highlights the city’s unique appeal.
不過，隨着城市功能的不斷提升，空間和資源變得更緊張了。
However, as Macau’s urban functions continue to improve, its limited space and resources are becoming increasingly constrained.
粵港澳大灣區的協同發展，打造一流的世界灣區，對澳門來説就是一個很大的機會。
The coordinated development of the Greater Bay Area, aimed at building a world-class bay area, is offering Macau an incredible opportunity.
整個粵港澳大灣區有5.6萬平方公里，而緊鄰澳門的橫琴就有106平方公里，相當於澳門的三倍多，給澳門提供了更大的發展空間和更多的可能性。
The Greater Bay Area spans a vast 56,000 square kilometers. Hengqin, which is right next to Macau, with 106 square kilometers, is approximately three times the size of Macau. And it will offer unprecedented possibilities and space for Macau’s growth.
近年來，很多澳門企業到橫琴和大灣區內地市場發展，比如中建澳門在珠海承建的信德橫琴口岸商務中心、來來南屏時代廣場、東方翠景台，都是澳門企業投資的項目。
In recent years, many Macau businesses have ventured into Hengqin and the mainland regions of the Greater Bay Area. Several projects in Zhuhai taken on by China Construction Macau, such as the Shun Tak Hengqin Port Commercial Center, Nanping Times Square, and Dongfang Cuijingtai Residential Project, are investments by companies from Macau.
PART/03 橫琴深合區新發展
問：橫琴粵澳深度合作區為推動澳門適度經濟多元化發展提供了新空間。您如何看待澳門未來的經濟多元化發展？對澳門未來發展有何期待？
The Guangdong-Macau In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin has opened new opportunities to promote Macau's adequate economic diversification. How do you envision Macau's future in terms of economic diversification, particularly in the context of regional integration?
推動經濟的“多元發展”，始終是澳門所面臨的一項重要課題與挑戰。
Well, economic diversification has always been a key priority and challenge for Macau.
為此，澳門特區政府立足“一中心、一平台、一基地”發展定位，正在穩步推進“1+4”經濟適度多元發展策略，持續推動大健康、現代金融、高新技術、會展商貿和文化體育等四大重點產業發展。
To pursue economic diversification, the Macau Government has anchored its development on the strategic goals of building “one center, one platform, and one base.”, namely, building a world tourism and leisure center, a service platform for trade and economic cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, and creating an exchange and cooperation base with Chinese culture as the mainstream with the coexistence of multiple cultures.The government is steadily advancing the “1+4” strategy for adequate economic diversification. This strategy highlights the development of four key industries: One health, modern finance, high-tech, exhibition and trade, and culture and sports.
建設橫琴粵澳深度合作區，是澳門融入大灣區的重要着力點和廣闊大舞台。2021年9月，橫琴粵澳深度合作區掛牌成立，開啓了“琴澳一體化”發展的嶄新篇章。
The Guangdong-Macau In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin is a critical platform for Macau to integrate into the Greater Bay Area. Since its establishment in September 2021, the cooperation zone has marked a new chapter in the coordinated development of Hengqin and Macau.
今年正值澳門回️歸25週年，也是橫琴粵澳深度合作區成立3週年。橫琴粵澳深合區已順利實施分線管理，在貨物方面實現“一線”放開、“二線”管住，人員進出便捷，這為澳門經濟適度多元發展注入強勁動能。
This year, we celebrate the 25th anniversary of Macau’s handover to China and the third anniversary of the cooperation zone.The zone has implemented line-based management. In terms of goods, it has adopted the policy of “an open first-line and a controlled second-line” which enables seamless personnel access.Please note that this measure has brought strong momentum to Macau’s efforts for adequate economic diversification.
未來將逐步建成“澳門平台+國際資源+橫琴空間+成果共享”的琴澳聯動發展新模式。當然，橫琴粵澳深度合作區不僅是一個經濟發展平台，它還為澳門居民的就業、生活提供了更多選擇。隨着橫琴的不斷髮展，我們預期會有更多澳門居民到這裏工作和居住，讓他們能夠在家門口就能享受大灣區帶來的發展紅利。
Looking ahead, we will see the emergence of a collaborative model that leverages Macau as a platform and Hengqin as the space gathering international resources and shared benefits. That being said, the cooperation zone is not merely an economic driver. It also represents a new space for Macau residents to come to work and live. As Hengqin continues to grow, we are expecting more and more Macau residents to live and work there and enjoy easy access to the benefits presented by the Greater Bay Area.
